Shipments

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all orders over 150 euros for Greece and 200 euros for everywhere else.

- If you are located in Greece, we ship with ELTA Courier You will receive your order within 1–2 business days from the shipping date.

  • If you are located in European Union , we ship with DHL Express. You will receive your order within 1–2 business days from the shipping date.
  • If you are located in Europe but not in European Union ( UK , Switzerland , Norway) We ship with DHL Road and you will receive approximately 7 days after shipment date.  Taxes and Duties may also apply in order to receive the goods.
  • If you are located outside Europe, we ship with Registered Public Post. Estimated delivery time is 14–30 business days.You can always upgrade to DHL Express for an additional fee — just let us know.

    - To all US Customers, DHL EXPRESS
    Due to new U.S. customs regulations (Aug 2025) , we are no longer able to ship with public postal carriers (such as USPS/Hellenic post/Canada Post). These services have suspended or restricted U.S.-bound parcels.

    To ensure safe and smooth delivery,  we  ship exclusively with DHL Express  with the following benefits:

    1)Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – all import duties are prepaid, so no surprise fees at delivery.

    2) Fast delivery – your order will arrive within 5 business days after shipment.

    3) Reliable tracking & customs clearance – no delays or hidden charges, no surprises.

-We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
If the item is not in stock, we may need some time to produce a new one. In that case, we will inform you about the processing time, which usually takes 3–7 days.

Return Policies

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of your order.
In some cases, (Change size for example) shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
We ask that the items be in their original condition, with the sales receipt and all tags attached.
